2. What are cookies?

3. Technologies on this website
The academy’s own page code does not set cookies or store preferences in your browser. It does not include analytics scripts, advertising pixels or embedded maps. Selecting a lesson updates the enquiry form on the page; it does not save that choice after you leave.
This does not mean that every service involved in visiting the website is cookie-free. Hosting and external services have their own technology and privacy practices, as explained below.
4. Hosting and fonts
This website is hosted through Sites. The hosting platform may use cookies or related technology to provide security, access controls or sessions. Those platform services are separate from the academy’s page code.
Our pages request fonts from Google Fonts. Loading them sends Google technical connection information, such as your IP address and browser information, so it can deliver the font files. This is a font service, not Google Analytics or an advertising tag. See Google’s privacy information.
5. Enquiry forms and spam protection
The enquiry form is configured to send your name, email address, chosen lesson and message to FormSubmit when you press Send enquiry. FormSubmit processes the submission for forwarding to the academy’s email address.
Submitting the form takes you to FormSubmit, which may present a Google reCAPTCHA spam check and use cookies or technical device and browser information for that process. Our page does not embed a reCAPTCHA script or load that check before you submit. See FormSubmit’s privacy information and Google’s privacy information.

6. Links to other services
The Get directions link opens Google Maps on Google’s website. The Student portal links open My Music Staff. Neither service is embedded in our pages. Following these links may cause the destination service to use its own cookies or similar technologies.
My Music Staff manages access to your student account. Its sign-in and payment services may use session, security and other technologies under their own policies. Read My Music Staff’s privacy information for details.
7. Managing cookies
This website currently has no optional analytics or advertising tools added by the academy and no on-page Cookie Settings control. It does not record an accept or reject preference.
You can review, block or delete cookies and other stored site data using your browser settings. External services may also provide their own controls. Blocking some technology may affect sign-in, spam checks or other functions supplied by those services.
Cookie names and lifetimes for hosting and external services are determined by those providers; this policy does not present an unverified list of them. You can inspect stored site data in your browser and contact us with questions.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the website’s technologies change. If we introduce optional technologies that require consent, we will put the appropriate controls in place before enabling them. The date at the top shows when this policy was last updated.
